Returns and Exchanges Policy

Return Policy:

  • Eligibility: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the purchase date and are eligible for store credit only.
  • Late Returns: If a return is received after the 15-day window, it will not be processed. A $15 fee will be charged to have the items returned to you.
  • Final Sale: All sale items are final and cannot be returned.
  • Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items with stains, including but not limited to makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or other marks, will not be accepted for store credit. A $15 fee will apply to send the items back to you.

Return Instructions:

  2. Package the Item: Place the return item in a shipping box along with the original receipt and packing slip.

  3. Request a Return Label: Email [email protected] to request a return label. Attach the label to your package and either drop it off or arrange a pickup with your local US Post Office.

  4. Alternative Shipping: If you choose not to use the provided return label, you can ship your return to the following address:

Exchange Instructions:

For exchanges, it is recommended to place a new order for the desired size or color. This ensures the correct item is available for you.
